You can access your workouts anytime and from anywhere and only need a small amount of space. Take this to the gym, on your next trip or even to your office for a quick workout.

The workouts

When you join you will have access to personal training type sessions where we focus on strength, yoga sculpt which targets mobility as well as endurance and pilates reformer workouts.

Strength Sculpt

Strength Sculpt is like a stepping into a one on one personal training session with Sarah.
In this workout we will be focusing more on strength training using props such as dumbbells, ankle weights, bands and balls.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a rhythmic based mat class which blends vinyasa yoga, pilates and barre style movements.
Yoga sculpt is a sweaty and exhilarating workout. You’ll feel your core, you’ll sweat, you’ll stretch, you’ll burn and you’ll finish feeling strong and energized.

Pilates Sculpt

Pilates sculpt is a reformer class without the reformer!!!
Using bands and other simple pieces of at home equipment we will move through exercises designed to strengthen, tone and elongate your entire body. We will be doing almost the exact same moves that are taught on a reformer sometimes mixed in with some HIIT types of intervals. This class is fun, low impact, challenging and will leave you feeling lean, lengthened and sweaty!
