With a degree in kinesiology and certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Shannon brings deep passion and expertise as a personal trainer and nutritionist. Her specialty lies in spicy barre sculpting and total body workouts, which are designed to enhance strength, tone and overall fitness.

Brit Drozda grew up in North Palm Beach and returned from Charlotte, NC in 2020.
She has always loved living an active and healthy lifestyle! From an early foundation in ballet to playing Varsity basketball in high school, playing tennis to expert skiing, enjoying waterskiing and hiking, to barre classes and yoga, Brit has always loved the physical challenge of athletic pursuits and the mind-body benefits they offer.
Brit is a mother of two, singer songwriter, chef, and fitness enthusiast. Brit’s love of barre and her passion for music come together in her classes, and it’s the perfect mix! She enjoys challenging her clients to become their best selves both mentally and physically. She loves how barre workouts maximize the effort of each individual muscle group and offer sleek toned results. Holly Briscoe brings over 24 years of heartfelt dedication to her work as a yoga teacher, offering a blend of private sessions and studio classes. With certifications in a variety of yoga styles, her focus on the renowned YogaWorks method stems from her belief in its powerful mix of safety, effectiveness, and life-changing benefits.
Beyond yoga, Holly's holistic approach shines through her 16 years of experience as a Reiki practitioner and 6 years as an Alchemical Energy Healer. Her warm, joyful personality and sense of humor create a welcoming space, helping students find more balance and happiness in their lives.
I began my career with health and fitness 25+ years ago while in college as a way to stay in shape. I quickly discovered I had a passion for music & movement and enjoyed helping others to positively change their lives.
I taught a variety of classes, including a barefoot functional yoga sculpt class. My yoga practice started initially as flexibility training for a fitness competition then evolved into me adding Baptiste Power vinyasa yoga teacher to my resume. I enjoyed this more connected spiritual side to my wellness routine, as well as a feeling of connecting on a deeper level with my students. I am passionate about all things health and wellness. I believe that health is a vehicle not a destination. My goal is to empower others to develop a positive mindset, lifestyle and routine focused on living a happy, healthy and sustainable life.
