A full body workout using dumbbells, bands, stability balls and more. This class is most low impact movement but with big results! You will strengthen, tone and feel accomplished when you're done! Not a beginner class but all levels are welcomed and level can be modified by adjusting the amount of weight used.
In this class we will strengthen and tone using lighter weights, ankle weights and bands to focus more on higher repetition and tempo. This class is a perfect compliment to strength sculpt or perfect for those that are just starting to strength train. Disclaimer: light doesn’t mean easy!
This class is a mix of simple and easy to follow dance routines, light weight "arm dancing" and floor work focused on abs and glutes. This class flies by and is a great way to get your cardio plus dancing is good for the soul!!!!

In this 30 minute "express class" we will focus on strengthening our cardio. We will continuously flow through a set of exercises using light or no weights and each exercise will be for time. This flies by, is super fun and is a great compliment to a strength class.
This super sweaty class is best described as "vinayasa yoga on steroids"! It's a rhythmic flow of yoga, pilates and barre type movements set to energetic music. We will use light weights and bands and when you finish you will be super sweaty, feel strong and stretched out as well as super accomplished. It's a yoga workout!
