I have almost 20 years in the fitness industry, and I truly believe every woman deserves a workout routine that's fun, creative, effective, and most importantly, sustainable. 

I am a certified holistic health coach, personal trainer, pilates instructor and yoga instructor. I’ve done everything from rehab to kickboxing and spin to weight loss coaching, and I've taken all of my experience and insights to create my new studio and the perfect monthly membership program for you.

I am a self improvement junkie, I love reading, learning and constantly growing into a better version of myself. Sharing what I learn with others is my passion, and I can't wait to share these workouts with you!
